WEDDINGS, WEDDINGS, WEDDINGS

We have come across several weddings at unexpected places while on our mission.

When we were visiting a church in Bayonne, a town south of Bordeaux, suddenly everyone was escorted out so the wedding could begin. We snapped this picture of the bride outside of the church, waiting until we had all cleared out. She is on the other side of the lady in yellow and white. When we went to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, there was this darling Asian couple having pictures taken. We wondered if they were professional models because they looked so perfect and poised even among the crowd of onlookers. The camera people had some high powered equipment. Then Saturday we were driving down the road and came upon a horse drawn carriage. As we came along side, we discovered an older couple whom we believe were also getting married. They were in fancy dress and he even had a cape. It's hard to see the bride, but she was dressed up complete with a very cute headpiece which made us think she was a bride. We went around the block so we could get the camera ready and they seemed genuinely pleased that we wanted their picture - especially the coachman.
The horses seemed to enjoy pulling the carriage down the streets of Mons and didn't even flinch as we drove next to them to get this picture.
