TAGINE
One of the perks of working at the Mons Archives is that Toon and Elly have an apartment right there. They invited us over for lunch today and served a great Moroccan dish.
It was cooked and served in a ceramic dish/oven called a tagine.
It was delicious. There was chicken, eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, spicy sausages, carrots and Moroccan spices (which included cumin, coriander and saffron). They served barbecued lamb ribs with it.
What's a get together without a little picture taking of the picture taker taking your picture.
In happy anticipation.

What a beautiful table setting. I can almost smell the food.
